Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Oray Tech for any services including web development, UI/UX design, cyber security, ethical hacking, AWS solutions, SEO, branding, logo design, software development, graphic design, or digital marketing, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Oray Tech provides the following professional services:

• Web Development: Custom websites, web applications, e-commerce solutions
• UI/UX Design: User interface and user experience design services
• Cyber Security: Security audits, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing
• Ethical Hacking: Authorized security testing and vulnerability discovery
• AWS Solutions: Cloud infrastructure setup, management, and optimization
• SEO Services: Search engine optimization and digital visibility
• Branding & Logo Design: Brand identity creation and logo design
• Software Development: Custom software and application development
• Graphic Design: Visual design for digital and print media
• Digital Marketing: Online marketing strategies and campaigns

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement:

• An advance payment (typically 50%) is required to begin work
• Remaining payment is due upon project completion or as per milestone agreements
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Project Delivery

Project timelines are estimated and may vary based on:

• Project complexity and scope
• Timely provision of required materials and feedback from the client
• Number of revision requests
• Third-party dependencies

Delays caused by the client will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

6. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as agreed in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges. Major scope changes or complete redesigns are considered new projects and will be quoted separately.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

• Client receives ownership of the final deliverables
• Oray Tech retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios and marketing materials
• Source files may be provided as per project agreement
• Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses

8. Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking Services

For security-related services:

• Client must provide written authorization for all security testing
• Testing is performed only on systems owned or authorized by the client
• Oray Tech is not liable for any disruptions that may occur during authorized testing
• Findings and vulnerabilities are confidentially reported to the client only
• Client is responsible for remediation of discovered vulnerabilities

9. Confidentiality

Oray Tech maintains strict confidentiality of all client information, project details, and sensitive data. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Oray Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. The No Refund Policy applies to all terminated projects.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
